    These terms apply to the Epic ERA Shield fall alert text messaging program operated by Epic Global Innovations Inc.

    What You Will Receive

    When you opt in to the service, we will send you automated safety alerts when a fall is detected for a worker you have been designated to receive alerts for. These messages include the worker's name, the time of the event, the jobsite location, and a link to the Epic ERA application. We may also send you service messages about the alert program itself, including a confirmation message when you opt in and scheduled system test messages.

    We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

    Message Frequency

    You will receive up to 10 messages per month.

    Message and Data Rates

    Message and data rates may apply for any messages that we send to you or that you send to us. Contact your wireless provider for more information about your text plan or data plan.

    How to Cancel

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to [TOLL-FREE NUMBER]. When you send the SMS message "STOP," you will receive a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive any additional messages from us.

    If you want to receive messages again, you can text UNSTOP to [TOLL-FREE NUMBER].

    How to Get Help

    You can get more information at any time by texting HELP to [TOLL-FREE NUMBER]. You will receive a response with information about the program and how to unsubscribe.

    Opting In Is Optional

    Consenting to receive text messages is not required to use the Epic ERA platform. If you do not consent to text messages, you can continue to receive safety alerts by email.

    Supported Carriers

    We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers:

    Major carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Alltel, Boost Mobile, Nextel, and Virgin Mobile.

    Minor carriers: Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central IL (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cincinnati Bell Wireless, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
