Terms of Service

By accessing or using epiceraalert.com, the Epic ERA application, or the Epic ERA Shield device (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Epic ERA Shield is a wearable safety device designed to detect falls and transmit location and status information to help notify designated supervisors and emergency contacts when a fall event occurs. The Epic ERA application allows employers and administrators to register workers, configure safety contacts, and monitor device and worker status.

Employers and administrators who register for an account are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, including worker and contact information, and for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; register contact information for individuals without appropriate authorization to do so; misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services.

Epic Global Innovations Inc. operates an SMS fall alert program as part of the Epic ERA Shield platform. Types of messages: transactional safety alerts only, sent when a fall event is detected for a worker who has listed you as a safety contact, or during scheduled system tests. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program. Message frequency: up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately — you will receive no further messages, and the employer/administrator account will be notified that the contact has opted out. Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@epiceraalert.com or 1-888-460-0699. Consent: by replying YES to our consent request message, you agree to receive the messages described above. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using any Epic ERA product or service, and a contact who does not opt in remains in the system without receiving SMS alerts. The Epic ERA name, logo, device design, software, and related materials are the property of Epic Global Innovations Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Global Innovations Inc., its affiliates, suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services, or to modify or discontinue any part of the Services, at any time and for any reason, including for violation of these Terms.
